We believe that you should only invest in what you know, and we know the Southeast. We have lived and worked in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, and that is why these three states are our primary focus.

  • Pricing: $15 Million and Up

  • Preferred Markets:

    • South Carolina: Charleston, Greenville

    • North Carolina: CharlotteRaleigh-Durham

    • Georgia: Savannah, Augusta
